The MMO world attracts a various amount of players from all walks of life. However, when you're a busy person, whether it is work, school, or taking care of kids playing games usually is not an option.
We all know about the dreaded "grind", it is a part of every MMO that one must go through in order to achieve anything worthwhile. In order to do certain raids or quests you first have to be the level required for them, and in order to get that level you have to grind. When you live a busy lifesty, achieving those goals could take you a lot longer than it would for someone who has all the free time in the world. Even if you do succeed in getting your goal level, there is always that possibility that newer or better raids and quests will be out, and you're forced to grind even more. That is probably the one thing that keeps us "busy" folks away from MMOs. We just do not have time for the grind.
However, if there was a MMO out there that gave you the ability to level up and reach your goals without having to spend a lot of time at your PC clicking away, that had beautiful graphics, excellent music, marvelous PVP, a great storyline, tons of quests, and was free would it be too good to be true? You may be saying yes, but I'm afraid to tell you this - it's not.
Granado Espada: Sword of The New World is just that MMO. It is the MMO that the hardcore and casual player can both enjoy, and they can both be on equal terms. This fantastic game offers a very unique playing system that is not only attractive, but also allows you to play the game without actually being there - that is you can level up without having to be at your PC. Sounds too good to be true, now doesn't it?
MCC (Multi Character Control)
One feature of Sword of the New World vis that stands out is it's MCC. Unlike most typical MMOs, where you're restricted to playing only one character, this game gives you the ability to play up to three characters at once. That sounds ridiculous, doesn't it? How can you possibly control more than one character?
Sword of the New World vis offers a very unique AI (artificial intelligence) system. You have the ability to manually control your characters, or you can let the AI do it for you. Basically your characters will attack on their own without any influence from you, unless you choose to do so.
AFK (Away from Keyboard) Feature and Pet System
With the MCC and AI system, Sword of the New World vis brings us to our next unique characteristic, and the one favorite aspect of the game that every "busy" player loves - the ability to level up without having to be at your computer. Since the game can control your characters on it's own, you're given the freedom to have your characters gain experience and even loot with the pet system without having you being there clicking your mouse.
Currently there is one pet in Sword of the New World vis. After doing a various line of quests, you will be given a pet that has the ability to loot items for you. With the "afk" feature and pets, you can now gain levels and even items to keep or sell for profit. But if you can level and loot "afk", what is the point of actually playing? There are drawbacks, such as you will not be able use skills, move around the map, potion heal, or determine what items your pet loots.
Family/Barracks
Another feature of thisMMO is it's family system. Instead of naming just a character, you're naming a family. Upon your first character creation you're asked to come up with a family name. This name will be tagged at the end of your characters name. For instance, I want my last name in game to be Jones, and I want my character name to be Charles. When I log into the game my character will be named Charles Jones. If I make a second character and name it Stacy, their name will show up as Stacy Jones. Now who hates it when you select a character name and it's taken? If I want to name my character Bob, and the family Stone already has it, that's okay. There will be a Bob Stone and a Bob Jones in game now. This offers a lot of varity in character naming, and adds to the whole RPG value of the game.
The barracks is like your house. It's the place you see upon logging in, where you can view all of your characters or "family members". The amount of space in your barracks is completely up to you.
